Founder & CEO
Prior to founding T-CAS, Prashant (36) was heading market research & overseas markets development functions of Vardhman Group. He has corporate experience of 12 years in areas as diverse as Strategy, Market & Business Research & International Business. At the age of 26, he was assigned the responsibility of market research function at Vardhman.
Prashant is the CEO of the organization. He has carried out assignments for overseas as well as Indian corporate houses very successfully & has been highly appreciated for the quality of work. He has been lead consultant in assignments delivered to a number of companies including those mentioned in the list of clients.
Prashant is a Bachelor of Technology from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi and a post-graduate in Business Management from Institute Of Management Technology, Ghaziabad.

Principal Consultant (Retail Research Practice)
Mr. Madhavan has versatile exposure in retail of more than a decade both at national & international level with global & national brands. He was instrumental in managing various brands & taking them to a phenomenal level.
He is a bachelor in technology from IIT-Delhi & an MBA from JBIMS,Mumbai.
